Shipping

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using your original payment method.

If you are purchasing a product that is on ‘pre-order’ the date of shipping will be displayed on the product description.

Shipping costs and shipping times

• Free Delivery: Delivery time 3-5 business days

Some products may have longer shipping time depending on availability, the exact shipping time will be shown at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of your order.

Please note that we only process orders on business days, so orders placed on Friday after 4 pm or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Returns

We have a 14 day return policy. Any product can be returned within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return steps:

1. Get in touch with our customer service for instructions by sending us an email to info@airmatnordic.com. Tell us your order number and indicate which item(s) you would like to return.
2. We will provide you with an RMA form and an address label. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and seal the the parcel securely
3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

Refunds:

Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition, we will quality check them and process a refund. 

Your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few of days of receiving your return.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet and believe that it should have already arrived, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If that doesn’t solve the issue, next contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Taxes and duties:

Please be noted that import duty is not included in the item price or shipping costs. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs.
